You'll never come across a more consistent, reliable creative genius than Andy. And you'll never work with a nicer person either. He is without a doubt one of my favourite colleagues of all time. I think of him on just about every problem I'm asked to solve, because of his ability to see the big picture whilst never missing out on the little details that take an idea from good to great. Although he trained as a designer, Andy is always learning new things.
